Dysfunctional breathing habits seriously compromise health and performance in an enormous number of people worldwide, its causes and effects usually not properly identified nor effectively addressed. The solutions are necessarily interdisciplinary, where the integration of behavioral science with breathing physiology takes center stage. The School of Breathing Sciences will become the leading institution of higher education preparing healthcare and human service practitioners to provide these solutions within their existing professions.



The mission of the School of Breathing Sciences is to prepare experienced practitioners to improve the health and performance of their clients through the application of behavioral learning principles to breathing physiology. The School offers a webinar-based MS degree in Applied Breathing Sciences and related certificate programs providing the highest quality interdisciplinary didactic, case review, and practicum training from leading experts around the world. Students learn how to introduce breathing learning services into their existing practices or to begin new businesses providing these services.
