Robert C. Robinson, PT, DPT, MSPT, Dip MDT, FAAOMPT
Dr. Robinson earned his BS degree and MS degree in Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York (1996) and his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (2006). He was credentialed as Clinical Instructor for the American Physical Therapy Association in 2001. He received both his Certification (2002) and his Diploma (2006) in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the McKenzie Institute International in Wellington, New Zealand. He has also for the past 20 years received extensive and ongoing professional training in a wide range of specialties directly related to his clinical teaching career.
Dr. Robinson served as a Staff Physical Therapist at Conway Hospital Inpatient/Outpatient PT Department in Conway, South Carolina (1997-1999), at Atlantic Physical Therapy in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (1999-2000), and at Brunswick Hospital, in Supply, North Carolina (2000-2001). He served as Senior Physical Therapist at St. Joseph/Candler Hospital System in Savanah, Georgia (2001-2007).
Dr. Robinson is currently co-owner and Vice President of Craven Physical Therapy and Spine in New Bern, North Carolina (2007) where he also provides clinical services as a Licensed Physical Therapist. He provides clinical teaching for professional societies, clinics, and hospitals nationwide in the form of lectures, courses, and workshops.
