(2 days, 15 hours, also part of business-in-a-box)  Jan 7-8  Feb 18-19  Mar 31-April 1  May 12-13  June 23-24  July 28-29  Aug 25-26  Oct 6-7  Nov 10-11  Dec 15-16  Case conference: $100.00 per 2-hour block (10 hours required for certification, $500.00) Case conference is offered on SKYPE.COM in two hour blocks Monday evenings: 6:00 -8:00 pm MST, excepting national holidays.  Personal PRACTICUM: $100.00 per session (5 hours required for certification, $500.00) Personal training is offered through Internet sessions in conjunction with Skype, in one to two hour blocks.
